Overview
This Business Continuity and Data Integrity Support Analyst position is responsible for assisting the departmental management team in the operations of the Billing Integrity department by ensuring adherence to Company practices and performance standards. This position will function as the subject matter expert for various departmental policies, procedures and billing processes by developing departmental metrics to help identify areas of improvement. This position will assist in establishing, implementing and monitoring the department's quality assurance/quality control program and will provide departmental training.
Position can be located in Louisville or Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities
•Identifies, analyzes, compiles and prepares data to complete monthly operational and statistical reports and provides support to the Manager, Billing Integrity and Billing Integrity Team Leader(s) in reporting of results and metric related to internal and external requests.
•Responsible for the evaluation of current billing processes and practices to identify opportunities for improvement and harmonization of such practices among all Billing Integrity applications.
•Assists in the collection, analyzing, compilation and preparation of data to formulate departmental recommendations for process improvements that assist in meeting Billing Integrity targets and objectives.
•Provides analytical-based problem solving in addressing functional inadequacies by utilizing root cause analysis to document and identify areas of improvement in the resolution of internal and external issues affecting Billing Integrity as it relates to the issuance of external customer bills.
•Works with manager to provide guidance, assistance and direction to Associates related to the analysis and determination of the impact of decisions that will affect the Billing Integrity department.
•Responsible for the identification, development, documentation and implementation of best practice policies and practices as it relates to Billing Integrity processes and monitors adherence to such practices.
•Responsible for developing training materials, job aides and presentations as well as actual training of new and existing Billing Integrity Analysts and Associates.
•Responsible for the oversight, monitoring, and testing of internal controls to ensure adherence to Company Internal Control requirements.
•Responsible for managing internal support e-mail boxes as well as internal/external feedback e-mail boxes for Billing Integrity.
•Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or accounting.
Required Experience
Experience indicating a demonstrated ability to absorb information, apply conceptual skills in practical applications, and achieve desired results in a highly technical, operating environment.
Must possess exceptional communication and people skills with the ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers.
Problem solving and root cause analysis skills are a must.
Must be able to respond to analytical inquiries from internal and external customers.
Candidates must possess excellent written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of different computer systems and corresponding applications to company activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).
knowledge of Retail business operating systems and their application to Billing Integrity business processes (I.e. CCS, CCS BW reporting, Mobile, SM etc.).
Ability to multitask and take ownership of and resolve identified problems.
Training experience is a plus.
