We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. This role involves a range of accounting and financial tasks, including account reconciliation, working with accounting software systems, and managing both accounts payable and receivable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and processing of accounts payable

• Utilize various accounting software systems to manage financial information

• Handle account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

• Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments and maintaining up-to-date records

• Handle tax-related tasks associated with payroll

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial reporting

• Respond to client inquiries regarding payable accounts

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve financial objectives.

Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Accounts Payable field

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounting Software Systems

• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and data management

• Extensive experience and understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Familiarity with Tax - Payroll procedures and regulations

• Ability to work effectively with Automated Payroll systems

• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
