Job Description

The role is in charge of digital marketing asset creation, production and deployment such as landing pages/sites, e-mails, and web banners/advertisements across Europe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital projects and/or media from initial briefing to research and creation, to delivery of the final user-friendly and effective product in all countries and languages.

  • Work closely with external suppliers and internal partners to respect defined quality and production schedules.

  • Chip in to the development of websites by providing intuitive, usable, and engaging digital products efficiently and compellingly in accordance with channel and campaign plans across Europe. Participating in digital projects with a focus on crafting intuitive, inclusive and accessible design solutions whilst respecting brand guidelines.

  • Build the design into the CMS, using available components and/or HTML/CSS/Javascript.

  • Participate in website migration into a new CMS AEM by recreating existing pages utilising new templates and components.

  • Develop graphics (such as banners, headers, and advertisements) within the Adobe Photoshop programme based on the initial brief, respecting the brand guidelines. Retouch and edit product images if needed.

  • Develop marketing emails, and track and test marketing automation campaigns.

  • Propose/Deploy new marketing tactics, analyse/measure the results, and assess to improve customer engagement.

  • Provide training and support related to digital products and technologies used within the department to other team members and temporary workers when required.

  • Stay informed of current digital trends and software developments.

Competences and Personal Attributes:

  • A confirmed understanding of HTML and CSS is needed. Knowledge of Javascript is a nice-to-have.

  • Confirmed knowledge of UX/UI design (Knowledge of Adobe XD and/or FIGMA tool for wireframe creation is nice-to-have)

  • Experience working with ADOBE Photoshop.

  • Confirmed experience with CMS (preferably Adobe AEM).

  • Ability to prioritise, deliver within quality/budget/time and work in a fast-paced environment. Use of AI tools to generate time savings is appreciated.

  • Ability to apply standard methodologies within digital marketing tools and improve them.

  • Refined ability to troubleshoot problems with software/hardware programs and provide instruction/training to others in the department.

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

  • 2+ years experience in web design, e-commerce or digital marketing to degree level.

  • Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite software on a PC

  • Must be proficient in English. Ability in additional languages is desirable.
