Job Posting: Client Service Associate

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Los Gatos, CA (on-site to start, then hybrid option)

Comp: $60-90k base salary + bonus (DOE)

We are partnering with a Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm located in Los Gatos. This firm is thriving and this is just the beginning! Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Client Service Associates with managing clients and answering inquiries in a timely manner.

• Assist with banking procedures such as, account openings, wire transfers, and account maintenance.

• Ensure client's documentation are kept up to date.

• Communicate and build rapport with clients and offer client solutions when appropriate.

  Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing role

• Bachelor's Degree

• Interest in wanting to have a career in Wealth Management

• Experience working in Wealth Management is a huge plus!

• Amazing communication and people person.

• Proficiency in Excel
