Job Title: Waste Material Handler (AGVS)

Job Description

Will receive and transport carts with medical waste, trash, linens, and sealed materials for disposal processing. Carts weigh up to 600 lbs when loaded and all materials are fully contained. Loading, lifting, and heavy pushing will be required. This is a dirty and very-strenuous role.

Responsibilities

• Receive and transport carts with medical waste, trash, linens, and sealed materials for disposal processing.

• Handle carts weighing up to 600 lbs when loaded.

• Perform loading, lifting, and heavy pushing tasks.

• Ensure all materials are fully contained during transportation.

Essential Skills

• Experience in stock room operations.

• Experience with inventory management.

• Experience in medical center or hospital settings.

• Material handling proficiency.

• Experience using RF scanners.

• Waste handling and management expertise.

• Janitorial and sanitation experience.

• Linens handling.

Work Environment

Hospital warehouse and processing environment. The role involves working the 2nd shift from 2pm-10:30pm.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00
