Duties

• Document current invoice reconciliation process for IT goods from acquisition to disposal

• Identify and document risks that could lead to unexpected costs and exposure

• Document the current tracking and reporting processes for invoicing our IT goods with the current cost's controls and financial checks for governance

• Collaborate (and document) with IT, Sourcing, and Finance teams on their current roles and responsibilities within this space.

• Based on findings, propose a solution that solves for end-to-end invoice reconciliation workflow while ensuring IT asset policies and regulations are adhered too

Preferred Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and or a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a financial analyst

• strong understanding of invoice reconciliation workflow tracking and reporting

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven experience in understanding and designing invoice reconciliation workflow processes

• Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Education: Bachelors

skills:

• Project Management (3 years of experience is preferred)
