We are looking for a Treasury Management Sales Associate in LA/Orange County/San Diego/Walnut Creek in CA. This role provides primary servicing support for portfolio clients of high value, complex Treasury Management relationships.

Essential Functions:

  • Works with assigned Treasury Management Officers (TMO)s within a geographical, industry or business segment to identify new sales and expansion opportunities by applying knowledge of treasury management solutions.

  • Responsible to communicate with clients as appropriate to assist TMOs with satisfying client requests.

  • Assists TMOs with the preparation of sales material, client presentations,

  • Request for Proposals and client documentation.

  • Occasionally conducts meetings with or without the assistance of TMOs including conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Reviews and analyzes client statements and interview information to prepare client proposal pro-formas and proposals.

  • Determines which client agreements and documents are required once complete.

  • Follows up and oversees the implementation, training process and resolution of customer issues to ensure completion to the client's satisfaction.

  • Provides support as clients transition through the sales and fulfillment process including their hand off to Training and Implementation staff while overseeing client satisfaction throughout the process.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:   

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and some working experience in business administration, sales, sales support, customer service, treasury management or a similar field. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

  • Basic knowledge of bank and/or treasury products and services.

  • Solid customer service and support skills.

  • Ability to review and analyze client information.

  • Good problem resolution, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to train clients on products.

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

    This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $35 - $50 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
