Description We are on the hunt for a proficient Team Lead for Private Client Services based in Los Angeles, California. Your role will be pivotal in supporting all aspects of wealth management, acting as a beacon of leadership among a team of associates. You will be tasked with evaluating performance, promoting best practices, and embodying the desired skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Private Client Service Team, ensuring smooth operations.

• Schedule and conduct necessary team meetings, as well as weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports.

• Cultivate a culture of innovation and process improvement, seeking ways to optimize and create efficiencies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, maintaining a leadership mentality and escalating any urgent queries to the PCS Manager in a timely manner.

• Oversee and manage escalated issues related to complex alternative investment paperwork.

• Coach team members, promoting best practices, evaluating performance, offering constructive feedback, and demonstrating the desired skills and work ethic.

• Distribute information from management to team members and collect feedback to share with the management team.

• Reinforce firm's processes and procedures, ensuring adherence across the team.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, EHR SYSTEM, and other computer programs to manage and monitor customer accounts. Requirements • Proven experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in various Computer Programs

• Experience in using CRM tools

• Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Knowledge of Claim Administration processes
