Banking and Investment Services Division
Banking and Investment Services plays an integral role in leading the strategic vision and execution of all banking operations. WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Strategy & Transformation team plays an integral role in leading the strategic vision and execution of all Banking & Investment Service operations.

The Business Process Analyst will support cross-functional business leaders to drive large scale transformation efforts across CNB. The Analyst will align closely with one or more B&IS teams and partner with team managers to plan, prioritize and deliver process enhancements; design and execute target operating model, and address risk and control gaps. The Analyst will facilitate this via due diligence discussions with stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of their business strategy and products/services to identify and drive process improvements. This position requires both written and visual depictions of business process flows for moderate to complex projects. This individual must have the ability to access and interpret data to produce analytical insights for management decision making.

What you will do
Conduct thorough evaluation of current state processes via review of existing documentation, stakeholder interviews and walk-throughs, analytical research, and data analysis
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
Work collaboratively across the business functions to challenge current state processes, and test and develop innovative future state processes, while understanding and communicating upstream/downstream impact of proposed changes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop training plans, colleague and client communication strategy and documentation updates to ensure sustainability of enhanced processes and controls
Create and maintain cross-organizational relationships to enable success for self and team
Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of tools, templates, and best practices that support process and control improvement activities
Partner with process owners and process & product managers to identify and participate in process improvements activities to maximize efficiency, quality and customer experience
Develop & maintain project tracking including status updates to stakeholders
Develop and support analysis activities to assist tactical and strategic programs
Contribute to ad-hoc assignments and special projects.

Must-Have*
Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business Administration or technology preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Banking industries preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience working in project-based roles
Skills and Knowledge
Excellent process management and problem-solving skills
Efficient in contributing to business transformation initiatives
Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment and managing people, process and technology updates
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and procedures
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to navigate, facilitate, negotiate, and influence across stakeholders
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (required), including Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel; preferably also Microsoft Visio
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner
Ability to interact with all levels of management.
COMPENSATION
Starting base salary: $92,114 - $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
