One of our gaming clients is looking for a Staff Level Full Stack engineer to join their mods team and help shape a new platform that enables users to create mods for their favorite games through advanced AI technology and user-friendly tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys being hands-on from the start, and can balance rapid development with scalable, thoughtful solutions. You will be closely collaborating with amazing Product and Engineering teams to consistently deliver top tier solutions that bring immense value to our community of gamers. The ideal candidate would have proven experience with both front and backend development facilitating seamless interference between the two. This candidate will be in a founding level role on a small and ambitious team where they will get the opportunity to oversee initial ground level technical decisions and development for an entire 3D editor product.

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years of proven full stack development experience and the ability to demonstrate high competency with backend architecture

• Expertise with developing a product from start to finish

• Expertise with Typescript

• Proficiency with Javascript frameworks and libraries including Node.js, React, Next.js, NodeJS, React, Nest JS and Next JS

• Proficiency with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL and Redis

• Strong API development skills (REST and NEST APIs)

• Proven experience with real time data synchronization and peer to peer data streaming

• Experience working in the gaming industry

• Experience with start-up environments - 3D graphics programming experience (Three.JS/WebGL)

• Experience with Devops

• An interest or familiarity with AI generative applications null
