Robert Half Spanish Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California

Description

We are offering a contract opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Non-Profit sector, located in Los Angeles, California. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, with an emphasis on serving our Spanish-speaking clients and partners. You will also be assisting in the planning and execution of community events, along with maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and partners, providing clear and helpful assistance via phone, email, and in person.

• Handle general office tasks such as scheduling, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

• Assist in preparing and translating documents, reports, and presentations to ensure clear communication with our Spanish-speaking audience.

• Support the planning and execution of community events, meetings, and outreach programs.

• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.

• Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Manage customer inquiries and ensure appropriate actions are taken.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the non-profit sector

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail

• Experience in managing email correspondence with professionalism and efficiency

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification

• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and initiative

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
