Our client is actively interviewing qualified candidates looking for a long term opportunity with a well-established property management company. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of true month-end close and financial statement preparation experience. This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to be part of growing department. salary: $40 - $44 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly financial statement packages for multiple entities

• Complete the month-end close process for multiple entities

• Compiling and reviewing financial information

• Prepare year-end audit packages and work with a CPA firm

• Prepare Supplemental financial reports

• Analyze and Reconcile all balance sheet accounts

• Assisting with the preparation of budgets

• Assist with preparing Tax Filings in compliance with local and state regulations

• Complying with federal, state, and local legal regulations and requirements
