We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager of Personalization to lead our team to unprecedented levels of success.

Position: Senior Manager of Personalization

Salary Range: $160,000 - $175,000 + 10% discretionary bonus + competitive benefits

Location: Los Angeles, CA. This position requires hybrid 3x onsite per week in San Fernando Valley.

Your Mission:

As the Senior Manager of Personalization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer engagement. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive personalized experiences across all channels. Your expertise will be critical in enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing brand loyalty, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adobe Real-Time CDP (Customer Data Platform): Harness the power of data with Adobe Real-Time CDP to gain deep insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends. Utilize this information to create hyper-personalized experiences that resonate with our diverse customer base.

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer: Lead the development and optimization of customer journeys through the Adobe Journey Optimizer. Craft seamless, personalized experiences that captivate and delight customers at every touchpoint.

  • Adobe Target: Leverage Adobe Target to execute personalized content and offers that speak directly to individual customer needs and interests. Drive conversion rates and maximize customer engagement through targeted campaigns.

  • Personalization Across All Channels: Develop and implement a comprehensive personalization strategy across web, email, mobile, digital ads, and call center interactions. Ensure a consistent and personalized customer experience across all touchpoints, creating a unified brand experience.

  • 50% Strategy and 50% Execution: Strike the perfect balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Drive the overall personalization strategy while rolling up your sleeves to ensure flawless execution and tangible results.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must have proven experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target.

  • Expertise in developing and implementing personalization strategies across various channels.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.

  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
