The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team you enhance and refine existing processes for our clients by leveraging advanced technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML). As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You focus primarily on the Field Service sector within the Telecom industry, executing field operations, managing technician quotas, effectively routing and dispatching tasks, and handling various back-office processes.
Responsibilities
Enhance and refine client processes using advanced technologies
Analyze intricate challenges to provide innovative solutions
Mentor team members to uphold quality standards
Cultivate relationships with clients to understand their needs
Develop a thorough understanding of the telecom field service sector
Manage and refine technician schedules and task assignments
Oversee streamlined routing and dispatching of field operations
Handle various administrative processes to support client operations
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
Demonstrating proficiency in RPA and AI/ML technologies
Possessing analytical and logical thinking skills
Translating complex concepts into clear, simple terms
Establishing and maintaining relationships
Developing knowledge in RPA or AI/ML processes
Understanding and documenting business requirements
Building relationship skills
Communicating effectively, including the ability to influence stakeholders
Demonstrating an understanding of technical systems and concepts
Developing reports within technology applications
Leading an offshore development team

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
