Our partner creates, produces, and distributes a versatile range of cosmetic products globally. Their team is in search for a QA Inspector to support their innovative processes across their different product lines!

Location: Westchester, CA

Pay Rate: $18/hr - $20/hr

Contract Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Review, test, and sample products to ensure compliance with specifications, SOPs, FDA, and cGMP regulations.

• Conduct inspections and generate QA reports.

• Identify and report non-conformities, manage containment, and assist in line failure investigations.

• Maintain up-to-date QA documentation and close out OTC orders.

• Develop masters, manage retain samples, and analyze QA data.

• Participate in cross-training within the QA Department.

• Support line trials, deliver samples, and collaborate with other departments on investigations and documentation.

• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and handle up to 40 pounds as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma with 1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in cosmetics, food, or medical devices.

• Ability to effectively work with diverse teams, promote a positive environment, and demonstrate integrity and ethics.

• Ability to work with mechanical parts, chemicals, and varying temperatures. Must follow hygiene and sanitation procedures, including wearing protective gear.

• Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and write reports.
