Cesar Chavez Foundation Project Superintendent in Los Angeles, California
The Project Superintendent will manage new construction for the General Contractor by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage the day to day work taking place
Scheduling all work
Responsible for setting up all inspections as it relates to the construction
Communicating daily with all the subcontractors
F.I process
Managing all in house labor
Daily reports on project progress
Responsible for as-built as the project progresses
File and industry standard project paperwork
Tracking T&M work when approved by the director of construction
Working with the project architect and engineers when needed.
Working with city inspectors and special inspectors.

Multi-family or hotel construction experience
Experience with Pro-Core
strong communication skills
strong plan reading skills
strong Computer skills (word and excel)
Strong administrative skills
Strong CPM skills
Education and/or Experience
5 years of multi-family building as a superintendent, or
5 years of hotel construction as a superintendent, or
8 years as a framing or structural concrete foreman or supervisor.
