Work you'll do

• This role is for a Program Analyst supporting a 24/7/365 Law Enforcement Support Center in Santa Ana, CA.

• Perform work in support of the general management and business operations

• Proactively engage with stakeholders/client leadership in direct support of ERO's mission through ongoing engagement

• Perform analysis and research for identified projects

• Develop Weekly/Monthly Status Reports for the project utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and working with data visualization tools

The I&I team supports our GPS clients by delivering capabilities across the investigative lifecycle in the regulatory, civilian, law enforcement, health, and national security domains. Our professionals help our clients to identify, combat, and mitigate national security threats such as fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, cybercrime, threats of terrorism, human trafficking, narcotics trafficking, litigations, and disputes.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must have an active Public Trust Clearance

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field

• 5 years of experience creating statistical reports and work flow analyses and processes

• 3 years of experience supporting law enforcement/immigration law organizations.

• Must be local to Southern California and able to meet the client onsite requirement at a minimum of 2 days a week onsite.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,125. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
