GENERAL SUMMARY

An ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated and be detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow in the search marketing field while contributing to day-to-day account management and optimization tasks. A strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a results-driven attitude are essential for success in this role.

Day to Day:

  • Assist in keyword research and development.

  • Conduct search query analysis to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Monitor account performance and budget pacing to ensure alignment with goals.

  • Support the team with test implementation and ad hoc analyses.

  • Prepare and contribute to reporting tasks and data entry.

  • Perform quality assurance checks for accounts and Excel workbooks.

  • Actualize previous month’s activity, ensure engine insertion orders are accurate, and flight future months’ plans.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and execution.

Experience : 0-1+ years of work experience, including internships or part-time roles in relevant fields.

Education : A bachelor’s degree

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office software.

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

  • Adaptable to new technologies and software tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Enjoys experimenting, investigating, and contributing to a positive team dynamic.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • Google Ads Search Certification (preferred).

  • Microsoft Ads Certification (preferred).

  • Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs experience preferred).

  • Basic understanding of SEM and SEO principles is a strong plus.

Working Conditions: Team One is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment. All employees are expected to support Team One’s commitment to providing a respectful & safe workplace. There may be times when lifting up to 25lbs. is required. Overtime, including evenings and/ or weekend work- may be required. There may be occasion to travel. Compensation Range: $49,305.00 - $68,530.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
