UCLA Health Operations Lead & Associate Residency Coordinator in Los Angeles, California
Description
The Operations Lead & Associate Residency Coordinator serves as the
program coordinator for an educational program(s) or initiative(s). Partners
with faculty in the operational and financial management of the program(s)
and/or initiative(s) to ensure an optimal training environment for learners.
Responsible for a wide range of programmatic activities including but not
limited to: designing, conducting, promoting, evaluating and supporting an
education program(s) in compliance with organizational objectives and
requirements. Supports learners in areas such as curriculum, teaching and
learning activities, scheduling, core competencies, assessment and evaluations.
Coordinates all activities associated with ongoing administration of the
education program(s) and/or initiative(s).
Duties include but are not limited to: leading operations of the Med Ed
office and liaison for any personnel or HR needs of trainees; responsibility
for compliance with any rules/regulations governing training experiences within
the Department of Pediatrics; and management of various educational experiences
for the residents.
Salary Range: $68800.00 - $141000.00 Annually
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in related or equivalent experience/training
2-3 years experience coordinating an educational program(s) in an
academic medical center
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and web based applications
Presents and expresses ideas and information clearly and concisely in a

others and facilitates the open exchange of ideas and information.

High degree of initiative and independent judgement
Excellent organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated attention to
detail. Ability to complete work and meet established deadlines in an accurate
and timely manner, and to prioritize short and competing deadlines.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to interact collegially
with faculty, staff, learners and outside contacts to carry out the mission of
the educational program(s) or initiative(s)
Manages confidential information discreetly and responsibly
Preferred:
