Robert Half Office 365 Trainer in Los Angeles, California

Robert Half is currently seeking an Office 365 Trainer for a client located in Los Angeles, CA. Office 365 Trainer will be responsible for aiding in the transition of on-prem to 365 cloud by training users perform tasks in OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, etc. In addition, the client is seeking someone that will conduct training classes surrounding O365.

Duration: 4 weeks

Pay Rate: $70-75/hr.

Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Office Suite

  • SharePoint

  • One Drive

  • NetDocs FKA iManage (Law firm experience, huge PLUS)

  • White Glove Service – must be outgoing, approachable, gregarious, PATIENT, will be working deskside with lawyers

Nice to Haves:

  • Prior Training Experience

  • Zoom, RingCental

  • Acrobat

    Day to Day

  • Aid in the transition of on prem to 365 cloud by training users (90 lawyers) on how to newly use/perform tasks in OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.

  • Helping users use their new laptops, files servers to SharePoint, how to share docs, in/ex in SharePoint, and over all “what is OneDrive”

  • Conduct training classes on new Office 365

  • Roaming around office helping users deskside with issues, reducing IT ticketing

  • Assess what staff needs to be trained on and report back to Director of IT and Sr. Systems manager

  • Seeking someone to be able to offer insight to the staff as to how to use the 365 tools in their day to day.

  • They don’t want someone who just only trains but rather can inspire people on how to use the tools in their business.

  • They also would like to have someone who can create “leave behind materials” after training like one sheets and cheats sheets on how to use 365 features.

  • They are willing to purchase materials from this contractor. The client would like to also partner with the contractor to build out their SharePoint.
