Job Title: Integration and Test Engineer (environmental testing**)

Location: Northridge, CA- Onsite 3x a week

Job Description

As an Integration and Test Engineer, you will architect and define system-level test requirements and interfaces. You will develop and manage integration and test plans while overseeing and providing direction to manufacturing technicians and lab engineers on product integration and assembly, test setup/configurations, and test execution. Your role will include developing test procedures and test cases, overseeing and executing functional, performance, and environmental tests, and tracking test progress. You will also evaluate issues and refine test plans, procedures, and scripts aligned with product and program maturation.

This is not a Software Test position. We are looking for engineers that have experience with Environmental Testing in the Aerospace Industry.

Hard Skills (Must Have)

• Aerospace experience (Understanding of FAA regulations)

• Environmental testing experience

• Developing test procedures and cases

• Test set up and execution experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors degree required in Engineering, Aerospace, or related

• Must be ITAR compliant due to nature of projects

• Develop and manage integration and test plans

• Develop test architecture define system-level test requirements and interfaces

• Oversee and provide direction to manufacturing technicians and lab engineers on product integration and assembly, test setup/configurations, and test execution

• Product delivery to identified test configuration

• Oversee and execute functional, performance, and environmental tests

• Track test progress, evaluate issues, and refine test plans/procedures/scripts aligned with product and program maturation

Compensation Range: $70-80/hour
