Duties and Responsibilities: • Partner with Talent Advisors to deliver a consistent staffing process to our clients, candidates and HR partners. • Ownership of the full staffing process including being an expert in [client] ATS (Taleo) and all steps/statuses. This will include supporting all administrative recruiting functions including creating requisitions, sending correspondence, scheduling, tracking candidates, retrieving data and keeping Talent Advisors responsible for maintaining the integrity of the system on all open requisitions. Including adding notes in the system when reaching out to candidates for scheduling and updates.

salary: $30 - $35 per hour
