Office Building Housekeeping
We are assisting a client who is a full-service entertainment, media, and sports agency in Los Angeles, CA (in the Century City area) to look for an Office Building Housekeeper.
Responsibilities:
Perform duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, dusting, polishing, mopping, vacuuming and trash removal.
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, dining areas, pantries, restrooms, corridors, and other work areas so that professional standards are met.
Clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners and/or spot cleaning products.
Clean windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork as necessary.
Dust and clean all glass surfaces.
Dust, clean and/or polish furniture and equipment.
Clean and sanitize silver accessories and metalwork such as door handles, fixtures and frames.
Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, dishware, silverware, and bathroom items.
Report Lights out and general maintenance repairs to Facilities coordinator.
Requirements:
MUST have 2+ years of janitorial experience in office buildings
Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work with the team
Will take initiative
Professionalism:
Adhere to established Facility policies and procedures, including safe working practices.
Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.
Report needs for repair of equipment, furniture, building and fixtures and observe precautions to protect such property.
Report lost and found articles to supervisors.
Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm (must be open to work OT as needed)

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
