Executive Medical Director Veterinarian

Location : Los Angeles, CA 90064 & Culver City, CA 90066

Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Permanent

Setting: Veterinary - Primary Care & Urgent Care

Pay: $200,000-$300,000

Shift: Full-Time, 4x10-hour shift (some Saturdays)

Qualifications:

• CA DVM License

• 6 years Veterinary practice experience

• 1 year management experience in P&L

Key Duties:

• Oversee and develop DVM staff while also serving as a practicing veterinarian.

• Collaborate with the Hospital Manager to recruit, hire, train, and develop hospital staff, especially for new hospital openings.

• Provide feedback on hospital initiatives and programs, aiming to enhance operations and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Promote a culture of friendly client service and engage with both staff and clients in an approachable manner.

• Work with the Hospital Manager to create and execute a strategic plan to meet growth targets, manage expenses, and drive business success.

Pay Details: $200,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year
