Paramount Executive Asstistant, Partnership Marketing in Los Angeles, California

Overview and Responsibilities:

The Domestic Marketing Partnerships team pitches and secures domestic brand partnerships amplifying the studios theatrical releases. The Executive Assistant will support the VP of Domestic Marketing Partnerships and assist the overall team in coordinating presentations for internal and external clients, including tech elements, updating department reports, and compiling research and competitive data. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, taking meeting notes, and updating status reports

  • Arrange meetings and conferences by securing conference rooms, issuing meeting requests or invitations, preparing handouts, agendas, and recaps for meetings as required

  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for department VP

  • Support the preparation of pitch and sales materials with research projects and brand briefs

  • Conduct ongoing competitive research and prepare case studies for competitive film tie-ins

  • Participate in creative brainstorming

  • Work with legal to request and track NDAs

  • Liaise with internal departments and external entities as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree, preferred

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably entertainment and/or promotion agency experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro and Keynote

Additional Qualifications:

  • Good organization and planning skills and the ability to multitask effectively

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated; self-starter

  • Collaborative teammate with a can do approach

  • Proficiency in Photoshop preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $47,000.00 - 53,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
