Netflix Director, Talent Management | Executive Coaching and Executive Feedback in Los Angeles, California

Our Talent Management team is hiring a leader to lead our Executive Coaching and Executive Feedback teams at Netflix. This role will drive and execute the strategy for coaching and personalized feedback for leaders within Netflix. Our goal is to establish a best-in-class internal coaching and feedback practices that include internal experts, strong technology solutions and a global footprint that allows us to invest in our leaders at the right times to make the largest impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain a scalable Netflix Executive Coaching and Feedback program aligned with our broader Talent strategy.

  • Establish a multi–pronged approach to reach leaders across seniority to bring the right investment at the right time.

  • Build a dream team of experts to provide proactive and curated experiences for leaders in Netflix's unique leadership context.

  • Establish a network of the best coaches and facilitators globally to work with as our organization's needs grow.

  • Identify and deploy key technology solutions that allow us to accelerate our programs at scale when necessary.

  • Have a deep understanding of leadership development practices to be able to build and iterate on the right approach for a growing and evolving organization.

  • Work collaboratively with executives and business partners to continuously improve and execute succession planning for executive leadership.

  • Identify, design, and develop frameworks that represent skills and leadership capabilities critical to the organization.

  • Partner closely with Talent Analytics to identify and implement key trends and measurement approaches to ensure impact.

Integrate and collaborate with Talent:

  • Partner closely with HRBPs, operational teams, and external vendors to drive program and individual leader success.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership, Talent Management, and business partners to build out the strategy and process for coaching in a way that integrates with the company’s overall Talent Management and leadership development strategy.

  • Experiment with different solutions to increase ongoing meaningful feedback exchanges and action plans for leaders.

  • Engage regularly with stakeholders to receive feedback, align strategy, share progress, and set expectations across the initiative project slate.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Is an ICF (PCC or MCC) certified coach with experience coaching at various senior levels including C-Suite

  • Has led and built out Leadership Development practices globally.

  • Has previous experience with internal leadership development and has led organizational development initiatives, with a track record of developing leaders at various organizational levels.

  • Has led high-volume leadership development programs with extensive experience as an advisor to executive leaders.

  • Is a thought leader in employee and leadership development and brings an operational mindset when building strategy.

  • Has scaled Talent Management/Development initiatives to increase audience sizes.

  • Has experience as an internal consultant, coach or business partner and has experience with facilitation.

  • Has experience with a variety of potential or leadership assessments and coaching approaches.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and navigates complexity well.

    Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $320,000 - $920,000.

    Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
