Robert Half (Technology Solutions) is searching for a Desktop Support Analyst with experience in JAMF, Mac, and iPads. If this sounds like your background, then this Desktop Support Analyst role is for you. For this opportunity, you will work near the Culver City, CA area.

Hours/Duration: 40 hrs/wk, M-F, CTH or FTE

Responsibilities:

• Daily Tasks: Administering JAMF on backend for iPads/BYOD devices and providing support to students

• Other Tasks: Classroom support for Audio/Visual, Apple TVs, and network connectivity

• Key Focus: This will be student support for devices maintaining/troubleshooting and deploying iPads/BYOD

• Userbase: Student body – 675, Faculty/Staff – 200

  Requirements

Notes:

• Device/OS Environment: Primarily MacOS and Apple devices, but some Windows OS/PCs. iPad for 7th-9th graders, BYOD outside of that

• Years of Experience: 2-3 years of experience

• Applications: Google Suite/Workspace

• MDM: JAMF or other MDM experience

• Nice-to-Have Skills: Apple School Manager, Adobe Creative Suite

• Soft Skills: Friendly and Communicative, Approachable to support Students (all student-facing)

• Ideal Qualifications: Mac/Apple, some Windows/PC, iPad, Google Workspace, JAMF/MDM, Onsite/Deskside Support
