Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our events and exhibitions operations based in Los Angeles, California. This role involves interacting with various stakeholders such as automobile companies and drivers for the LA Auto Shows. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity and offers a dynamic work environment in the Events/Exhibitions industry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage customer service inquiries from different automobile companies

• Coordinate with drivers for the LA Auto Shows as required

• Maintain a detail-oriented appearance at all times, adhering to the dress code which includes black pants, white shirt, and closed-toe shoes

• Ensure accurate and prompt communication with team members regarding customer service issues

• Maintain and update customer records accurately

• Maintain timely and effective communication with customers

• Provide necessary information to customers about the terminal to meet in

• Ensure the provision of sell phone lists to the appropriate parties

• Ensure that parking reimbursements are processed accurately and promptly. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role in the Events/Exhibitions industry

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Events/Exhibitions industry

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

• Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by event schedules

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus

• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as necessary during events.
