Responsibilities
This position is responsible conducting outreach scheduling and coordinating dental screenings coordinating dental referals to off-site providers providing case management services and conducting recruitment activities.
Qualifications
A minimum of one-year experience in community outreach and advocacy work as a community health promoter.
High School degree or its equivalency.
Graduate of the Esperanza Community Housing Corporations Community Health Promoter Program or similar training program.
A valid California Drivers license use of a car and certificate of insurance.
Pay Range
$22.69 - $31.19 /hour
