Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity within the non-profit sector, located in Los Angeles, California. We're in search of a detail-oriented individual for Communications Support who will be instrumental in handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records and processing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Assertion Markup Language and CRM systems to manage and process customer credit applications.

• Use Database and EO/IR systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

• Leverage Facebook Insights and AB Testing to optimize customer communications and campaign planning.

• Provide exceptional Call Center Customer Service, resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with the team on campaign planning, ensuring effective and impactful communications.

• Apply design skills to create engaging and visually compelling communication materials.

• Document all customer interactions and communications, ensuring a comprehensive record for future reference.

• Provide administrative assistance as needed, supporting the team and contributing to overall operational efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language is required

• Must possess CRM skills

• Experience in Database management is necessary

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is essential

• Must possess knowledge in Facebook Insights

• Proven experience with AB Testing techniques

• Previous experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is beneficial

• Expertise in Campaign Planning is needed

• Strong Design skills are required

• Must have the ability to handle Documentation tasks efficiently

• Previous experience in Administrative Assistance is preferred
