Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry, located in Los Angeles, California. The role is for an Engagement Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting our communications efforts. This role will involve working with a variety of skills including CRM, database management, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, and administrative assistance among others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for communication strategies and initiatives.

• Use CRM and database systems to manage and track engagement activities.

• Utilize EO/IR systems for effective communication and engagement.

• Conduct AB Testing for improving the effectiveness of communication strategies.

• Offer excellent customer service in all communications.

• Assist in planning and executing engagement campaigns.

• Design and create engaging content for communication channels.

• Document all engagement activities and report on their effectiveness.

• Provide administrative assistance to the engagement team.

• Use tools like Facebook Insights to analyze and improve social media engagement. Requirements • Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language

• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

• Familiarity with Database management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Ability to utilize Facebook Insights for audience engagement and campaign performance tracking

• Experience with AB Testing to optimize engagement strategies

• Prior experience in Call Center Customer Service

• Demonstrable skills in Campaign Planning

• Design skills, particularly in creating engaging visual content

• Ability to accurately create and manage Documentation

• Experience in providing Administrative Assistance

• Understanding and commitment to the non-profit sector's values and mission.
