Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full culinary management of the food service operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving

• Apply your expertise in P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience to achieve outstanding outcomes.

• Highlight your proficiency in menu development, cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and incorporating local food products.

• Bring your passion for sustainability to the forefront and contribute to our dedication in this area

• Serves breakfast and lunch as well as onsite catering and lead the stadium concession in the Fall and Spring for events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of HACCP principles

• Possess at least three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant, with expertise in inventory and purchasing control

• Display extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, emphasizing quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation

• Experience with exposition cooking is highly valued

• Familiarity with P&L accountability and contract-managed service is desirable

• ServSafe certification is a plus
