Responsibilities:

• You will manage the calendars and be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and deadlines.

• Keep track of both internal and court-related deadlines.

• Ensure the team is informed of important dates and events.

• Maintain electronic calendar and case management system.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

• Additional assistance and support to the team as required.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience with calendaring in a Law firm environment
