Wells Fargo Associate Operations Processor in LOS ANGELES, California

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor for our Cash Vault as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations

In this role, you will:

  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving

  • Receive, log, batch, and distributing work

  • File, photocopy, and answer phones

  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles

  • Work under close supervision following established procedures

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Cash vault or cash handling experience

  • 6+ months cash handling

  • 10-key numerical data entry experience

  • Ability to achieve high production and quality standards

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment, under limited supervision

  • Experience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven

Job Expectations:

  • Training: 2 weeks

  • Schedule: Mon/Wed/Thurs/ and Friday, 6:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. or until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)

  • Standing up to 6 to 8 hours or more

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds(Cash vault/lifting and pulling)

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • 333 S Hope St D-100, LOS ANGELES, CA 90071 (Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location and must be able to work on-site at the posted )

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$20.00 - $22.84
