Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the manufacturing industry, located in Los Angeles, California. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be tasked with managing incoming bills and invoices, maintaining financial records, and interacting with stakeholders to ensure all financial matters are resolved promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all incoming bills or invoices from vendors or suppliers.

• Verify transactions and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy.

• Resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.

• Ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors.

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

• Regularly interact with internal and external stakeholders to keep all payments up-to-date.

• Address all financial matters promptly and accurately.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to manage and track financial transactions.

• Participate in auditing processes when required.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in Account Coding and Accrual Accounting.

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

• Knowledge of Concur software is a must.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.

• Ability to perform various accounting functions with accuracy.

• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Knowledge of Auditing procedures is beneficial.

• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is needed.
