A scaling company based Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a proficient Accountant to join their team! As an Accountant, your primary role will be to manage financial records and transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. You will be based fully on site in the office in Los Angeles, California. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.

• Handle payroll operations using ADP - Financial Services.

• Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy in all financial data.

• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient financial management.

• Maintain a thorough record of all company transactions.

• Use Cl Programming and Concur for various accounting functions.

• Ensure all accounting tasks are performed in compliance with the company's policies and regulations.

• Prepare balance sheet accounts, highlighting any inconsistencies or issues.

• Act as the main point of contact for any financial inquiries and disputes.

• Continually review and improve accounting processes and systems.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

• Experience in Cl Programming is a prerequisite.

• Knowledge of Concur is necessary.

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is needed.

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively.

• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial.

• Auditing skills are a must.

• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Accounts effectively.
