Position Overview:
To manage the transition from the Project Delivery Department to Facility Management, 15 project managers will be responsible for overseeing all Moves, Adds, and Changes. This will ensure their smooth integration into the Facility Management department.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Understand Current Move Add Change (MAC) Project Process
Gain a deep understanding of the current Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) process, including its workflows, challenges, and strengths. Optimize MAC Process
Identify areas for improvement in the MAC process and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, enhance overall performance, and reduce delivery time. Integrate MAC and Facility Management Processes
Oversee the blending of the MAC process with Facility Management (FM) operations. Ensure that after a one-year period, FMs are equipped to seamlessly manage MAC-related tasks. Develop Performance Metrics and Productivity Reporting
Design and implement a framework for tracking performance metrics and productivity, ensuring that data is collected and analyzed to support continuous improvement. Ensure a Smooth Transition
Plan and execute a strategic transition that minimizes disruption and ensures all teams involved are aligned and prepared for changes in process ownership. Apply the ADKAR Change Management Model
Use the ADKAR model to facilitate organizational change, focusing on:
Awareness : Ensure that individuals understand the reasons for the change.
Desire : Foster motivation and desire among employees to support and engage in the change process.
Knowledge : Provide the necessary training and knowledge on how to implement the change, ensuring all relevant skills, behaviors, and processes are understood.
Ability : Empower individuals with the abilities and capabilities needed to successfully implement and maintain the change.
Reinforcement : Establish continuous support mechanisms, recognition programs, and follow-up actions to sustain the change over the long term.
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's: Engineering or Business or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
12 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of algebra, plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions, area circumference, and volume.
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to use computer maintenance management software to process data and create reports and develop trending and manage budgets.
Ability to read blueprints, schematic diagrams, interpret instructions and prepare specifications.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
The Director of Facilities has to have a broad and varied knowledge of applicable codes, standards and guidelines, equipment, tools, machines, test instruments, personal protective equipment, computers, and vehicles.

Pay Range is $81.05 to $121.58 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
