Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their banking needs in a courteous and professional manner.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain and balance cash drawers and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide information on bank products and services.

• Assist customers with opening and closing accounts.

• Identify opportunities to refer customers to other bank services and products.

• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

  Requirements

Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic math skills and ability to perform financial transactions.

Proficiency with computers and banking software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
