Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Los Altos, California. As an integral part of our team in the service industry, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our accounts payable operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, and assisting with other accounting tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle the uploading of Accounts Payable Vendor Invoices from Smartsheet to GP across all units.

• Thoroughly review and correct all entries of AP Vendor Invoices for all units.

• Facilitate weekly check deposits to the bank.

• Retrieve backup for HQ and expense report checks.

• Support additional accounting tasks as required.

• Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks.

• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data entry and account reconciliation.

• Process invoices, manage check runs, and handle expense accounts. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role such as Accounts Payable Clerk

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in executing Check Runs

• Ability to code invoices effectively (Coding Invoices)

• Strong Data Entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed

• Proven experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data management and analysis

• Familiarity with Oracle financial software

• Experience with QuickBooks for managing and paying bills, and payroll functions

• Knowledge of SAP for managing business operations and customer relations

• Experience in managing and reconciling Expense Accounts
