Job Summary

The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Los Alamos Field Office (NA-LA) is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst Supervisor to provide program analyst support for the Business & Contract Management Team (BCM) at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). The ideal candidate will oversee multiple tasks, supervise staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related issues. This role requires a strong background in program analysis, project management, and administrative oversight. Key Responsibilities

The Program Analyst Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

SharePoint Administration and Systems Management

  • Develop and implement SharePoint tools to track and document Field Office activities.

  • Create workflows for management approvals and manage updates.

  • Design user-friendly SharePoint tools and integrate feedback from users.

  • Draft briefings, issue papers, and training materials.

  • Manage internal publications, newsletters, and employee engagement materials.

    Site Integrated Assessment Plan Management

  • Assist in developing and implementing the NA-LA Performance Assurance System.

  • Create performance metrics, user-friendly forms, and reports for oversight activities.

  • Maintain timelines for project deliverables and perform data quality reviews.

  • Prepare leadership materials, including option papers, communication strategies, and process change flowcharts.

    Action Tracking and Trending

  • Develop and implement tracking systems for action items, correspondence, and milestones.

  • Support contracting officers with document management, including uploading into STRIPES and eDOCS.

  • Track and analyze data for multi-disciplinary programs, including Pit Production and infrastructure expansion projects.

  • Assist with property and vehicle management, as well as facility walkdowns.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire contract scope and supervise multiple staff members.

  • Serve as the single point of responsibility for all support staff and the primary contact for the Government COR/CO.

  • Ensure all work is executed professionally, efficiently, and in compliance with DOE regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and evaluative skills to improve administrative services.

  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and SharePoint.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (a combination of education and experience totaling 4 years is acceptable).

    Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of supervisory experience managing multiple staff members.

  • Experience with federal systems such as STRIPES, eDOCS, and Safeguards & Security systems.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE/NNSA “Q” Clearance.

  • Ability to pass a DOE/NNSA background suitability check.

  • Key personnel must possess or have the ability to obtain a DOE/NNSA “Q” Clearance.

  • All staff must sign a Nondisclosure Agreement and comply with security protocols.
