What You Will Do

You will work with a medium sized team of talented coworkers, towards developing high throughput protein assays. You will help design large libraries of sequences to display on yeast surface and evaluate their function.

What You Need

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. Background in one or more field such as protein biochemistry, molecular biology and structure biology

2. Knowledge of molecular cloning and protein production

3. Experience in biochemistry laboratory, reagent preparation and assay development

4. Strong writing and communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

1. Experience in programming using python or C+2. Exposure to computational protein modeling tools such as Rosetta, AlphaFold

2. Proficiency in polymerase chain reaction and electrophoresis

3. Exposure to flow cytometry

Work Location: The work location for this position is onsite and located in Los Alamos, NM. All work locations are at the discretion of management.
