Our partner in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a QC Technician! They are seeking a QC Technician to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Come be a part of a team with a collaborative environment, and entrepreneurial environment.

Schedule : 2nd shift + OT as needed. Must be able to work on Sat and/or Sun

Pay rate range : $18/hr. - $20hr.

6 month contract-to-hire, with opportunity to extend or convert!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and conduct audits in a GMP environment

• Monitoring, and programming critical control points (CCP), throughout the manufacturing process

• Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment

• Ensure proper guidelines for products during processing

• Collect lab samples and environmental swabs

• Perform raw materials, in-line, and finished product inspections and record data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Science or High School diploma

• 0-1 years experience in food manufacturing preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
