This is a remote position for Central and East Coast candidates.
Summary:
Leads the Plasma Operations budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis activities.
Primary Responsibility:
Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting Process:
Leads Plasma Operations forecasting process including the annual budget and all interim forecasting activities.
Issues monthly and quarterly reports to all cost center managers comparing actual performance to the company’s forecast.
Works with Operations on reforecasting Center Plasma volumes
Operations Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
Develop and execute data analysis strategies to identify patterns and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
Manage and develop a team of data analysts and planners, providing continuous guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of business strategies and action plans.
Oversee the creation of reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Lead and maintain PowerBI as main reporting and analysis tool
Advanced Analysis and Strategic Projects:
Managing new center capital planning and analysis.
Conduct feasibility studies and business cases to evaluate potential solutions to business needs.
Lead various financial analyses related to capital investments, strategic projects, and resource allocation.
Apply advanced analysis and statistical modeling techniques to optimize business strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent management and strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify errors and prepare reports.
Ability to manage tactical implementation plans with attention to detail being critical.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Finance or Business-related experience, including experience managing a staff.
Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. Example: If a job level requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience, an equivalency could include 8 years of experience, an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience.
Occupational Demands:
Occupational Demands Form # 1: Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Occasionally walks. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations, frequently travels within the United States, occasional international travel. Able to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Ability to apply abstract principles to solve complex conceptual issues. Performs a wide range of complex tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence.
This position is eligible to participate in up to 15% of the company bonus pool. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on education, experience, skillset, knowledge, where the role is performed, internal equity and market data.
