Job Title: AP Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated AP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle accounts payable, invoice processing, purchase orders, and three-way matching. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, check runs, printing checks, managing credit card statements, and resolving discrepancies with vendors. Proficiency in Excel and experience with Concur are essential. The candidate will also manage expense reports and communicate effectively with vendors.
