Integrated Power Services Mechanical Field Service Technician in Longview, Washington

Responsibilities and Expectations: Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on rotating equipment in the field. Inspect and test various electro-mechanical equipment Perform electrical tests using portable electronic equipment including but not limited to: Megger,PdMAMCE, Multimeter, and DLRO Install/Remove AC and DC electric motors, laser align equipment, read precision measuring tools such as micrometers, replace sleeve and anti-friction bearings, set seals, airgap,andtorque critical components to proper torque specs Clean electro-mechanical equipment utilizing bead blasting, ice blasting, and solventcleaning Preventive and predictive maintenance using vibration analysis, oil analysis, and motor circuit testing Perform laser alignments and dynamic balancing Change out rotating equipment, align, and perform baseline vibration; troubleshoot vibration problems Perform infrared survey on mechanical, electrical or process equipment Interface with customers and completing work at customer sites Complete field service tickets for all jobs with customer approval signature The ability to maintain schedules adherence of job orders Ensure a professional environment utilizing customer-facingskills Qualifications and Competencies: 2+ years of mechanical repairs on rotating equipment; AC/DC motors, PdMA testing, vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, laser alignment experience preferred Good communication skills, enthusiastic attitude, and great customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work procedures, and apply strong analytical problem-solving dynamics in a continuous improvementenvironment Must have a satisfactory driving record and be able to travel, in company service vehicle, throughout the local counties Must be able to respond to emergency service calls after-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) 401k Employer Match Bonus Incentives Tuition Reimbursement Program Medical, Dental and Vision plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) And more!
