Job Overview:

The Supplier Performance Associate is responsible for managing, organizing and tracking the company's supplier performance status to ensure they are maintained, accounted for and secure. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate records of all performance reports.• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of records and update as necessary.• Plan and execute procedures such as creating, updating and coordinating report creation• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure reports are being utilized effectively and any potential issues are resolved.• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding supplier performance related matters.• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an asset management coordination role.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.• Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
