Job Title: Sr. Building Engineer

Location: Longmont, CO

Pay Range: $35/hr. - $40/hr.

Resource's typical working day:

• Managing the repairs around the facility

• Scheduling the repairs and PM's

Years of Experience needed:

• at least 4 years specific experience

Level of Education:

• H.S. Diploma or GED, Trade School preferred

Systems/Software proficiencies:

• Building automation and CMMS experience

• Basic Outlook knowledge

Certifications/Licenses:

• Universal CFC cert required

• Universal EPA license preferred

Top Must have Skills:

• Heavy mechanical experience

• Understanding building operation

• Chiller systems and boiler systems

Top Nice to have Skills:

• Experience working in a pharmaceutical facility

• Heavy HVAC experience

• Boiler Experience
