Job Title: Sr. Building Engineer
Location: Longmont, CO
Pay Range: $35/hr. - $40/hr.
Resource's typical working day:
Managing the repairs around the facility
Scheduling the repairs and PM's
Years of Experience needed:
- at least 4 years specific experience
Level of Education:
- H.S. Diploma or GED, Trade School preferred
Systems/Software proficiencies:
Building automation and CMMS experience
Basic Outlook knowledge
Certifications/Licenses:
Universal CFC cert required
Universal EPA license preferred
Top Must have Skills:
Heavy mechanical experience
Understanding building operation
Chiller systems and boiler systems
Top Nice to have Skills:
Experience working in a pharmaceutical facility
Heavy HVAC experience
Boiler Experience
