We're presently seeking an energetic individual for the position of Inside Sales and Customer Support. This role entails assisting our customers and sales team by preparing quotes and proposals. The individual will collaborate closely with sales, customers, and procurement to ensure timely and precise pricing details. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in sales support and customer service, excellent communication abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting. This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to take ownership, support, and boost revenue. The position is based in Longmont, CO.

Primary Duties

• Produce and deliver accurate and punctual quotations for customers, ensuring all details are precise

• Review requests for quotes (RFQs), ensuring all necessary information is gathered from the customer

• Collaborate with sales to grasp the customer's needs and requirements

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers and colleagues

• Liaise with Engineering and Manufacturing on technical proposals and quotes

• Oversee technical proposals from inception to completion

• Proficiency in project management is beneficial when managing multiple programs/projects

• Comfortably navigate customer portals

• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address inquiries and concerns

• Collaborate with the sales team to appropriately qualify and pursue all opportunities

• Conduct remote meetings with customers as needed

• Handle all order entry and reporting tasks

• Aid Sales in forecasting sales for upper management

• Contribute to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through the development of new processes and procedures

• Prioritize tasks and autonomously manage daily workload

• Attend all department and sales meetings upon request

Responsibilities

 Review requests for quotes (RFQs) and ensure all necessary information is obtained from the customer

 Work with sales to understand the customer's application and requirements

 Build and maintain relationships with customers, and co-workers

 Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing on technical proposals and quotes

 Manage technical proposals from beginning to end

 Project management skills would be a plus when working with multiple programs/projects

 Comfortable working within customer portals

 Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns

 Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all opportunities are properly qualified and pursued

 Ability to run remote meetings with customers when required

 Includes all order entry and reporting

 Work with Sales on forecasting sales for upper management

 Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

 Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage daily workload

 Attends all department and sales meetings as requested
