H-2B position - Please post once NOA is issued B & M Concrete, Inc., located in Longmont, CO - (#303-678-5590), seeks 15 concrete flatwork laborers for temp., full-time empl. from 04/01/2025 to 11/30/25 in Weld County area. Duties: set & check forms that hold concrete to desired pitch, depth, alignment; spread, level, smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand/power trowel, hand/power screed & float; monitor how wind, heat, or cold affect expansion joints & edges using clean chipped areas with wire brush & check surface; pour concrete & move chute to direct concrete on forms. No educ./prior work experience required. Employer provides on-job training in use/mainten. of power tools & equip. M-Fri 7 AM - 3:30 PM, 40 hrs/wk. Variable shifts may be required from 7 am to 6 pm, M-Sun. OT required depending on workload. $26.97/hr. OT over 40 hrs $40.46/hr. Merit-based raise and/or bonuses available at employer's discretion. Employer uses single work week to compute wages due. Pay period every week. Employer makes all payroll deduct. required by law. Employer provides at no charge all tools/supplies/equip. to perform job. Workers responsible for daily transp. to/from designated company pick-up location in Ft. Lupton, CO. If worker completes 50% of work contract pd, employer. will reimburse worker for transp/subsist. from place of recruitment to place of work. Upon completion of work contract or where worker dismissed earlier, employer will pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transp/subsist back home or to place worker orig. departed to work, except where worker won't return due to subsequ. emplt. w/ another employer or where employer reported worker's voluntary aband of emp. Amt. of transp. reimb. is most economical. Common carrier for distance involved. Daily subsist. rate is at least $15.88/day during travel to max of $59/day w/ receipts. Emplr guarant. to offer work for hrs equal to at least 3/4 of workdays each 12-wk period of total employment period.
