Job Title: Assembler Technician – Longmont CO
Job Description
As an Assembler Technician, you will be responsible for hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of production mowers with minimal supervision.
You will contribute to development builds, test equipment, and other R&D efforts as needed.
Additionally, you will assist in developing production processes for initial production runs and commission/test vehicles to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
You will collaborate with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure robots are built to the highest quality standards while balancing schedule demands.
Shift & Pay
1st shift: 8:30am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)
$25-27/hr (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
Hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of production mowers with minimal supervision.
Provide hands-on support for development builds, test equipment, and other R&D efforts.
Assist with the development of production processes for initial production runs.
Commission and test vehicles to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Collaborate with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure robots are built to the highest quality standards while balancing schedule demands.
Essential Skills
Experience with mechanical assembly and using hand and power tools.
Ability to follow schematics and blueprints.
Troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with torque wrenches, silicone sealant, Loctite, and multimeters.
Strong computer skills, ideally with a suite of Google and/or Microsoft tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Wide range of experience with mechanical and electrical hand tools including wrenches, sockets, torque wrenches, multimeters, screwdrivers, etc.
Experience assembling PCBAs into housings and mitigating ESD risks.
Experience connecting PCBAs to relevant harness assemblies.
Experience with assembly of electrical harnesses using work instructions and/or engineering drawings.
Solder rework of through-hole and SMT components.
Experience with functional testing of electrical assemblies.
Worked in a small team in a highly technical environment with tight deadlines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
